We all are the combinations of many small habits, good as well as bad. We do many small tasks daily with our conscious as well as unconscious minds, those are our habits.

For example, we go to sleep and wake up in the morning at the same time, we take our breakfast, and then we do all the routine work of daily life.

Then why we can’t develop new healthy small habits?

There are many ways by which we can evolve new fine and sound habits, like
Select a habit that is very easy to perform

e.g. rather than increasing water intake from 4 glasses to 8 glasses, increase the water intake from 4 glasses to 5 glasses, take 5 glasses of water for some days then increase it to 6 glasses, and so on.

In this way, you can develop any habit.
